Which Package Should You Choose?

Discount codes are sold in different packages, and the right one depends on the trip you are booking.

Check the minimum spend. Some codes apply only above a certain booking amount. If your ticket is below that amount the code will not apply.
Check the travel type. A code may be valid for bus tickets, flights, car rental or hotels — not necessarily all of them. The valid types are stated in the product description.
Check the validity period. Codes have an expiry date; buy one you will use within that window.

Common Problems and What Causes Them

"Code is invalid" — usually the code has already been used, has expired, or does not apply to the travel type you selected.
"Discount did not apply" — the booking total is probably below the minimum spend for that code.
The discount disappeared — changing your route or seat after applying a code can reset it. Apply the code as the last step before payment.
