How to Redeem Your Netflix Gift Card
1. Go to https://www.netflix.com/redeem and log in to your account.
2. Enter the code you received from our site into the "Code or Pin" section and click the "Redeem" button.
3. The balance of your gift card will be added to your account and your next payment will be deducted from the gift card balance.
4. To check your current balance, visit your Billing Activity page.
Which Netflix Product Do You Need?
Netflix gift cards add balance to your Netflix account. The balance is used automatically against your subscription fee on each billing date.
Check Before You Buy
- Country match. Netflix gift cards are country specific. A card issued for Turkey can only be redeemed on an account registered in Turkey.
- Balance is not a plan. A gift card does not select a plan for you; it adds credit that is drawn against whichever plan you are on.
- An existing payment method stays. If your balance runs out, Netflix charges your registered card as usual.
Common Problems
- "This code cannot be used" — usually a country mismatch, or the code has already been redeemed.
- Balance not visible — check that you redeemed it on the right account; balance appears under Account > Membership details.
- Still charged to card — this happens when the balance does not cover the full plan price; the difference is taken from your card.
