Cancellation and Refund of Payments

Payments made to our site by wire transfer, EFT, in-branch payment, mobile banking, or card and cardless payment at an ATM can be refunded. For this payment type you can submit the refund request through the withdrawal page on our site. These payments can only be refunded to a bank account registered in the name of the person who made the payment. The transaction fee deducted from refunds is the amount stated as current on the page where you submit the request.

You can cancel payments that have been completed but not yet credited to your balance by contacting the intermediary institution you used when paying or our live support line.

Payments made by methods such as Mobile Payment, Prepaid Card or Promotion code cannot be refunded.

Payments made to our site by Credit Card or Bank/ATM card can be refunded. For this payment type you can submit the refund request through the withdrawal page on our site. When you submit your refund request, we forward the request to the bank on the same day so that the payment is returned to the card, and your bank refunds to the card you paid with both the requested amount and the commission deducted from your card at the time of payment. The refund period to the card varies by bank and is completed on average within 4-14 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not included in business days.

Cancellation and Refund of Products

Refunds are not accepted for single-use products delivered digitally, or for products such as copyable games, software, Epin codes and game currency. If an Epin code purchased from our site is used incorrectly, refund or cancellation is not possible.

If a different value is loaded because of changes made by game companies to the in-game equivalents of Epin codes, we bear no responsibility for refund or cancellation.

Refunds are not accepted for any reason for game currency products delivered digitally.

For your game item orders offered for sale by other users in the marketplace area of our site;

-Refunds are not accepted for these products once you have received them,

-If the seller has delivered the product you ordered to us, cancellation of the order is not possible,

-Because the seller is notified the moment you place your order, immediate cancellation of your order is not possible. If the seller cannot be reached within 1 hour of your order, or if the seller declares that they will not deliver the product, your orders can be cancelled and your money is returned to your site balance; if you wish, you can buy different products with your balance or receive a refund according to the method you paid with.

-If the seller delivers an incorrect product because the product you ordered does not match the features published in the listing, your order can be cancelled.
