What is Twitch?

Twitch is a live streaming platform that is widely used by many people and is accessible in various countries around the world. It has managed to accelerate its growth and gain even more recognition. When we think of live streaming, we usually envision showing our faces and sharing our video with others in real-time. However, as many people who stream today know, this is a very narrow definition. You don't have to show your face to stream on a platform. You can also share your screen live with your viewers. Although this second method is generally preferred by gamers, it is also chosen by those who are new to streaming. Twitch offers an opportunity to spend our time online and establish a social environment, making it the most well-known live streaming platform in its field. Many streamers earn money by broadcasting on this platform, and some people support their livelihoods through it. Whenever you have free time, feel bored, or want to take a break, you can join live streams and chat 24/7 on this platform.

There are many ways to earn money on Twitch. The primary method is through donations from your viewers. However, this is not the only way to earn money. You can also generate income from subscriptions to your channel or through sponsors.

What Advantages Does Twitch Offer?

The advantages provided by the Twitch platform allow it to stand out from other live streaming platforms. Because it does not follow a global pricing policy like other platforms, users prefer to watch live streams on this platform more. Additionally, if you encounter an issue, you can quickly contact the Twitch support team to resolve your problem. Twitch offers a subscription method for sending donations to streamers, and also allows donations via Bits, giving it an edge over its competitors. Furthermore, Twitch grants access to many privileges and opportunities by collaborating with Amazon to organize campaigns for certain games within the Prime Gaming package. With significantly more users than its competitors, it has surpassed many platforms such as Nonolive, Nimo TV, and Dlive in terms of smoother stream delivery.

The ability for viewers to purchase subscriptions to support streamers and to buy multiple subscriptions to gift to other viewers makes this platform more attractive. It is also very important for streamers to have a method to withdraw money in their country and for the platform to make payments on time. Streamers residing in Türkiye have two methods to withdraw money through Twitch. One is the option to make payments to a local bank. The other is bank transfer. With the local bank payment option, when they receive payments, the amount of dollars accumulated in their accounts is converted into the currency of that country, allowing them to receive payments in the local currency. If you prefer to receive payments via bank transfer, your bank may charge a certain fee from the incoming amount. Streamers living abroad can quickly receive their payments through PayPal.

What is a Twitch Subscription?

The subscription method offered for streamers to earn income helps many streamers generate revenue. Previously, a subscription to a streamer on Twitch required payment in dollars, and due to the high dollar value in our country, these amounts felt a bit excessive. Realizing this, the Twitch platform abandoned its global pricing policy and introduced a pricing strategy that considers the local situation in certain regions. As a result, while the subscription fee was $4.99 in our country, it has been set at 9.90 TL for Türkiye. Following this, Twitch has rapidly risen to become the most used live streaming platform in Türkiye. Generally, users come to watch live streams. One feature that distinguishes this platform from others is that you can watch live streams without having an account. However, remember that if you want to use the chat section and follow your favorite streamers, you will need to create an account.

How to Create a Twitch Account?

Creating a Twitch account is just a click away. To open an account, first go to twitch.tv. On the right side of the page, there are two buttons: "Log In" and "Sign Up." If you select "Log In," you can enter your previously created account. If you don't have an account, you will need to select the "Sign Up" option. After that, they will request some information from you. This information includes:

• A username for use on Twitch
• A password for your Twitch account
• You will be asked to re-enter this password
• Fill in your date of birth
• You need to enter an email or phone number (you can choose either).

Remember that the email address you enter must be one you have access to. This is because they will send you a verification code, and you will be asked to enter this code. By entering this code, you will prove that the account being registered belongs to a real user. You should also fill in the date of birth section to indicate that you are over 18 years old. When choosing a password, be sure to make it strong. A stronger password will provide you with better security.

What Can I Do on Twitch?

After logging into your account on Twitch, you will receive recommendations for some channels. You can follow these channels or search for a channel you have previously identified to follow. Remember, if you want to receive notifications when your favorite channel goes live, you should follow the streamer. When a streamer goes live 24/7, a notification will be sent to your device. With these notifications, you can know whether your favorite streamers are live. If you do not want notifications sent to your device, click on your profile and go to the settings section. From there, go to the notifications tab and disable any notifications you want. There are many things you can do on Twitch, and one of them is to donate to your favorite streamer. You can make donations with real money or with Bits, the in-site currency. Before donating with Bits, you need to purchase them. Another thing you can do on Twitch is to subscribe to support your favorite streamers. Recently, the cost to subscribe to a streamer on Twitch was $4.99. Twitch has implemented local pricing policies in Türkiye, similar to some countries like Brazil. Now, the amount we pay to support our favorite streamers has dropped to 9.90 TL. When you first subscribe to a streamer, Twitch also offers some discounts for the first subscription. With these discounts, it is possible to make the price even more affordable. One of the most important things to consider when subscribing is how long you want to support that streamer. If you want to support a streamer for 12 months, purchasing the 12-month subscription package will be more economical for you. If you buy 12 individual 1-month subscription packages, it will cost you more money. Therefore, you should choose the duration wisely. You can purchase subscriptions for yourself or gift a subscription to another user. This way, you can support those who cannot afford a subscription due to financial reasons but want to support the streamer. Twitch occasionally offers us some opportunities, one of which is the Prime Gaming package. This opportunity is organized in collaboration with Amazon. To benefit from this campaign, you need to purchase Amazon Prime. Amazon Prime offers many privileges to its users, some of which include:

• Fast delivery of your orders through Amazon
• Prime Video
• Prime Gaming
• Many more opportunities

Amazon also applies a local pricing policy for this subscription system in Türkiye. These offer many benefits to users living in Türkiye. The package we are interested in among these opportunities is the Prime Gaming package. By purchasing this subscription from Amazon, you can benefit from the advantages of Prime Gaming (formerly known as Twitch Prime). When you purchase Prime Gaming, you also gain access to the monthly subscription advantage for your desired streamer. It's also important to note that subscriptions can be purchased from many websites in Türkiye, not just through the Twitch platform.

Kopazar: Kopazar is a website that sells many items, in-game currency, or other currencies that you can use for in-game spending for gaming enthusiasts in Türkiye. The site offers many payment methods, which is seen as an important advantage for users. Additionally, running since 2006, the site has proven its reliability in this sector. Through this site, you can purchase in-game currency or subscriptions for Twitch. Since the prices on the site are much more affordable compared to many other sites, you may prefer to shop here.

Twitch Subscription Packages

• 1-Month Twitch Subscription: 10 TL
• 3-Month Twitch Subscription: 30 TL
• 6-Month Twitch Subscription: 60 TL

With these price points, you can take advantage of the opportunity to purchase Twitch subscriptions at the best prices on the site. If you want to buy Bits for Twitch in addition to your subscription, the site offers that option as well.

Twitch Bit Prices

• Twitch 100 Bits: 11.80 TL
• Twitch 300 Bits: 25 TL
• Twitch 500 Bits: 59 TL
• Twitch 1500 Bits: 165 TL
• Twitch 5000 Bits: 525 TL
• Twitch 10000 Bits: 1020 TL
• Twitch 25000 Bits: 2500 TL

With these pricing options, you can purchase Bits for Twitch at an affordable price through Kopazar. You can also donate these Bits to your favorite or desired streamer.

How to Subscribe on Twitch?

Twitch is the largest live streaming platform used in Türkiye, offering streamers the opportunity to earn money. These streamers earn their income through viewer donations, subscriptions from viewers to their channels, or sponsorships. You can directly purchase subscriptions on Twitch without any intermediaries. It would be correct to say that this is the most reliable method for buying subscriptions. However, checking other sites for discounts may allow you to purchase subscriptions at more economical prices.

In today’s challenging economic conditions, we always care about the price of what we are going to buy. This applies to every area, including this one. There are always sites where you can find Twitch subscriptions at a lower price, but finding these sites can take considerable time. If you find a site, be sure to check its reliability, legitimacy, and the reviews of users who have previously purchased this package from that site before making a purchase. Otherwise, you risk getting scammed. Not only that, but some sites may also steal your card information. They could use your card details to make transactions, which could lead to many problems for you. Therefore, security should be one of the most important factors when shopping.

How Can I Earn Money Through Twitch Subscriptions?

Twitch is a platform that allows you to earn money by live streaming. This helps prevent many people from wasting their time unnecessarily. Many individuals are currently earning money in dollars by streaming on Twitch. To earn money by streaming, you first need to create a Twitch account. After that, you should click on your profile picture and enter the stream manager section. Read the instructions that appear and download Twitch Studio. This way, you will have installed the program we will use for live streaming. One of the most important things while doing all these steps is to have a fast internet connection. If your internet connection is not fast enough, you may experience frequent disconnections during your streams. After downloading the program and logging in, it will guide you step by step on what to do next. At first, you may not have many viewers when you start streaming. Therefore, you should maintain consistency in your streaming schedule. Your first goal should be to get featured on recommended channels. The Twitch algorithm promotes channels that maintain consistency and can increase their viewer count. To stand out even more, you should avoid using bots for your streams and channel, as they can understand this from the algorithm and prevent your account from being promoted. In the beginning, it can be beneficial to occasionally hold giveaways to grow your audience. The amounts you earn from your streams will be calculated based on the current exchange rate and prepared for withdrawal to your account. If you open your streams exclusively for subscribers, people will follow your channel to be able to use the chat feature. Once your channel grows a bit, you can occasionally make your streams exclusive for subscribers. This way, you can attract your first subscribers.

Another feature that most viewers are familiar with on Twitch is the loyalty points specific to each channel. With these loyalty points, you can highlight the messages you write in the chat. You can perform many similar actions. So how do you earn loyalty points? The answer to this question is actually quite simple. You can earn loyalty points by watching streams, following the channel you are watching, and in many other ways. For each channel, you receive loyalty points every 10-15 minutes. Additionally, you can also earn loyalty points by following the streamer. You can spend these points by clicking the button in the lower left corner of the chat section. If you have 1000 loyalty points from watching one channel and then switch to another channel, you will start with 0 loyalty points for that channel. When you return to the channel where you previously accumulated 1000 loyalty points, your points will still be there and will not be lost. Each streamer's loyalty points are separate.
