1. Satın almak istediğiniz ilanı inceledikten sonra “Sepete Ekle” butonuna tıklayarak işlemi başlatabilirsiniz. 

2. Ürün sepetinize eklenecektir. Ardından Sepet sayfasına giderek “Sepeti Onayla” butonuna tıklayınız.

3. Gerekli uyarıları ve kullanım koşullarını onayladıktan sonra “Siparişi Tamamla” butonuna tıklayarak işlemi tamamlayabilirsiniz.

4. Tebrikler! Siparişiniz başarıyla oluşturuldu. “Tüm Siparişler” butonuna tıklayarak, sipariş takibinizi yapabileceğiniz “İtem Siparişlerim” sayfasına ulaşabilirsiniz.

5. Satın aldığınız sipariş, sipariş listenizde görünecektir. “Siparişi Gör” butonuna tıklayarak detayları inceleyebilirsiniz.

6. Siparişinizin tüm süreçlerini, sipariş detay sayfası üzerinden kolayca takip edebilirsiniz. “Sipariş Alındı” aşamasından sonra, Satıcı'nın itemi Kopazar’a teslim etmesini bekleyiniz. Satın aldığınız itemi almak için bilgisayar başında beklemenize gerek yok. Kopazar, süreci sizin adınıza takip edecek ve bilgilendirme mesajı gönderecektir.

7. Kopazar, itemi Satıcı’dan teslim aldıktan sonra size bilgilendirme mesajı gönderir. Bu mesajı aldıktan sonra itemi teslim almak için hazırlığınızı yapabilirsiniz.

Üyeliğinize giriş yapınız.

Sağ üst köşedeki Hesabım menüsünden “Siparişler” > “İtem Siparişlerim” adımlarını izleyiniz.

8. Sipariş detaylarına bu sayfa üzerinden ulaşabilirsiniz. Iteminiz Kopazar yetkilileri tarafından teslim alınmış ve sizin için hazır hâle getirilmiştir. Teslim almaya hazırsanız “Teslim Al” butonuna tıklayınız.

9. Teslim alacağınız karakterin nick’ini seçiniz. Eğer daha önce bir nick eklemediyseniz, sağ kısımdaki “Yeni Ekle” butonuna tıklayarak yeni bir karakter adı tanımlayabilirsiniz. Ardından “Gönder” butonuna basarak işlemi tamamlayınız.

10. Kopazar tarafından size teslimat için kullanılacak nick bilgisi verilecektir. Oyundaki teslimat alanına giderek, belirtilen karakterin trade isteğini kabul ediniz ve iteminizi teslim alınız.

How to Sell?

You can sell your item within minutes by following the steps below.

1. Creating the listing

Sign in to your account and click the Add Listing button on the home page.

2. Choosing the category and item

Select the category of the product you want to sell (for example: Knight Online › Item). Start typing the name of the item; the system suggests matches as you type. Pick the correct item from that list and continue.

3. Entering the listing details

On the page that opens you can edit the product details. The item title is generated automatically from your previous selection. Choose the server you are selling on and add an item description to give buyers more information.

4. Setting the price

Your listing is nearly ready. Kopazar suggests an average market price for your item. Enter the price you want to sell at; on the right you can see the net amount that will reach your account after the sale.

5. Submitting for approval

Finally click Submit Listing to complete the process. Your listing goes live shortly after a brief check by our team.

6. When your item sells: the delivery process

You are notified by SMS when your item sells. For questions after the sale you can contact the Live Support team. Follow the steps below for delivery.

7. Go to the My Sales page

Sign in and go to My Sales › Item Sales in your member panel.

8. Report your delivery character

On the order page click Report Delivery Nick. In the window that opens, enter the name of the character you will deliver with in game. If you have not added a nick before, you can add one with the Add New button.

9. Wait for the buyer's character name

Once your nick reaches our team, the character name of the buyer you will deliver to is shown on the same page. Please wait for this information.

10. Deliver the item

When the delivery character name appears in the system, log in to the game and deliver the item at the stated place and only to the character shown to you on the site.

IMPORTANT WARNING: For your own safety, never contact the buyer inside the game. Deliver only to the character we tell you through the site. Kopazar is not responsible for deliveries made to any other character or intermediary.

Once delivery is complete and the necessary checks are done, the balance is credited to your account automatically. Thank you for choosing Kopazar.
