How do I receive my gold?
After paying and topping up your balance, log in to the game and wait at the delivery point; delivery is made by trade.
Gold delivery points:
- Server 1, in front of the Jangan horse trader, delivered by trade.
Once you are at the delivery point, go to the order page on our site and place the order with your quantity and your exact in-game character name.
After your order, our delivery team logs in as soon as possible and sends a trade to the character name you gave.
WARNING: NEVER trust anyone who asks for your details in-game on our behalf or asks you to return what you bought. We NEVER contact you inside the game. If anything looks suspicious, our live support line is the only place to reach us.
Gold stock: our stock depends on what players sell. Occasionally there may be none; in that case open the gold order page and refresh it every so often until new stock arrives.
Gold prices: buying and selling prices change constantly with the market and we are not responsible for moment-to-moment changes. The price that applies is always the one quoted to you when you place the order.
Before requesting a gold sale, you need to be waiting at the delivery point.
Silkroad Online gold selling point:
- Delivery takes place on Server 1, next to the Jangan horse trader.
Once you are at the delivery point, open the Silkroad Online sell page on our site and submit your request with your character name and the amount of gold. Our delivery team then logs in and waits for you to hand it over.
WARNING: Deliver only to the nickname shown on the final page. Scammers can create characters with names similar to ours. Please take this warning seriously. If you deliver gold to any character other than the one we give you, we cannot accept responsibility.
Once you have delivered your Silkroad Online Gold without any problem to the nickname given to you on the site, your request will be approved and the gold payment will be loaded onto your balance. You can either spend that balance shopping on our site, or request it from the "CASH WITHDRAWAL" section to have it sent to your bank account.

NEVER GIVE BACK your received GBs to anyone.
Our character names are fixed in the game and fraudsters can open SIMILAR NICKS and trade for you. When selling GB, carefully check the nick we give on the site and then make the trade.
Never trust anyone who writes via PM during the game, even close the PM and do not share any of your information.
