User Agreement

This user agreement has been prepared to ensure your safety and minimize the risk of fraud during transactions carried out on Kopazar.com. By placing an order on our website, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted all the rules listed below.

1. Security Measures and Obligations

GOLDBAR Orders (GB):

1. Gold Bar (GB) products purchased from Kopazar are strictly for personal in-game use. Attempts to resell these GBs back to Kopazar for cash purposes will result in the cancellation of the transaction, and the user account may be suspended if deemed necessary. Kopazar strictly enforces these rules to ensure fair service for all users.

1.1. Do not return the Gold Bars (GB) you have received to any third party under any circumstances. This rule is one of the most important measures against fraud.

1.2. The character names used by us in the game are fixed. Fraudsters may create similar-looking nicknames and attempt to initiate trades. Always double-check the character name notified to you by our site before proceeding with a trade.

1.3. Never trust anyone who contacts you via private messages (PM) in the game. We strongly recommend disabling PMs and never sharing your personal information. Kopazar will never contact you through the game.

1.4. If you encounter any delivery issues, the only official communication channel is the live support system on Kopazar.com.

E-PIN Orders:

1.5. E-pin codes are instantly delivered by our system upon purchase. The properties of the e-pins may vary depending on the game you purchased them for.

1.6. E-pin codes are personalized and cannot be canceled or refunded.

1.7. In case of issues with the E-pin codes, verification is conducted by the official game provider. This process may take between 1 to 7 business days.

1.8. E-pin codes must not be shared with others.

Item Orders:

1.9. Once placed, an item order cannot be canceled within the first 1 hour.

1.10. The seller must provide delivery details within 1 hour after the order is placed. Once the seller confirms, they have up to 6 hours to complete the delivery.

1.11. If the delivery is not completed within 6 hours, the buyer has the right to cancel the order.

1.12. If the seller has confirmed that the delivery will be completed within 6 hours, the order cannot be canceled by the buyer.

1.13. All transactions are protected under Kopazar’s intermediary system. Kopazar holds no responsibility for any transactions made outside the platform.

1.14. All items must be received by the buyer within 48 hours. Kopazar does not assume any responsibility for items not received within this timeframe.

Trade Orders :

1.15. Once a trade offer has been made, it cannot be cancelled until the offer period has expired.

1.16. If the SELLER accepts the trade offer, any cancellation requests by the BUYER are invalid. In such cases, the transaction commission is non-refundable.

1.17. Trade deliveries begin only after the SELLER accepts the offer. Once accepted, the SELLER is notified and the process officially begins.

1.18. The BUYER who made the trade offer must deliver their item or listing content first. Once the SELLER confirms receipt, they then deliver their own item.

1.19. The trade is considered complete once both parties have delivered their items.

1.20. When your offered items are ready for delivery, you will receive a notification via the system. Once notified, you may proceed to claim your items.

1.21. If either party attempts to proceed with the transaction outside of the system at any point, Kopazar will not be held responsible for any issues or disputes.

1.22. All trade transactions are protected under the Kopazar intermediary system. Transactions conducted outside of this system are not covered by Kopazar.

1.23. All delivered items must be claimed by the receiving party within 48 hours. Kopazar bears no responsibility for items that are not claimed within this time frame.

Partial Offer Terms and Conditions
The partial offer process operates under specific rules that are binding for all users:

1.24. When a partial offer is submitted, the corresponding amount is deducted from the offeror’s balance for the duration of the offer.

1.25. No commission fee is charged to the user submitting the partial offer.

1.26. Cancellation requests cannot be made during the partial offer process. Once the offer is accepted by the buyer, the transaction is considered a standard sale.

1.27. Delivery times for partial offers follow the same rules as standard product orders. The user who accepts the offer must declare the delivery time within 1 hour of accepting it.

1.28. The declared delivery time is limited to a maximum of 6 hours. The product must be delivered within this period.

1.29. Once the seller delivers the product, the transaction becomes irreversible. At this stage, cancellations or refunds are not permitted.

1.30. If any party attempts to engage in off-platform transactions during the partial offer process, Kopazar assumes no responsibility.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Kopazar.com cannot be held liable for any loss incurred if the user fails to comply with the security measures outlined above. By accepting this agreement, the user agrees to act in accordance with the stated rules.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. All transactions carried out via Kopazar.com are final and cannot be canceled. There are no returns or exchanges for Gold Bar purchases. Users must acknowledge this before placing an order.

4. Legal Framework and Dispute Resolution

4.1. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any legal disputes, the courts and enforcement offices of Mersin shall have jurisdiction.

4.2. The user agrees to comply with all rules set by Kopazar.com and act in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
