How to Start a Trade?
1. Go to a seller’s listing or store page and use the Start Trade option.
2. You must have an active listing on your account to initiate a trade.
3. If you don't have a listing yet, you can easily create one through the system during the trade process.
How to Create a Trade Offer?
1. Select the item you want to offer from your own listings.
2. Choose the item(s) you want to receive from the seller.
3. Optionally, you can add an extra payment to your offer to make it more attractive.
4. Set a validity period for your offer. During this time, the related balance will be temporarily held.
How Does the Commission Fee Work?
1. The user making the trade offer is responsible for the commission fee.
2. No additional fee is charged to the seller who accepts the offer.
3. The commission amount is clearly displayed on the offer screen.
4. If the offer is canceled after being accepted, the commission fee is non-refundable.
How Does the Trade Process Work?
1. The process begins once the seller accepts the trade offer.
2. First, the system collects the item from the user who initiated the offer.
3. Then, the seller’s item is collected by the system.
4. The item from the offeror is delivered to the seller.
5. Finally, the seller’s item is delivered to the offeror, completing the process.
Time and Balance Management
If the validity period expires or the offer is not accepted, the held balance will be automatically refunded.
