You can obtain Spirit Talisman Fragments by completing the Juraid Mountain event. If you win the JR event, you can become the owner of 2 Spirit Talisman Fragments, and if you lose, you will obtain 1 Spirit Talisman Fragment.
When you collect 40 pieces of Spirit Talisman Fragments, you can once again deliver them to the NPC Fortune Teller Mekin to receive a +1 Spirit Talisman.
The option to exchange 20 pieces of Spirit Talisman Fragments for the Talisman Upgrade item from NPC Mekin will be activated in future updates.
